this apron usually has a chef on but this was for a teenage boy who wanted it plain
all little girls love hairslides
D5 made some of her own, with some cute craft buttons we found in a sale, and made more at school to sell for charity. Well done D5
a bookmark for D1 who like me loves all things Jane Austen. Hers is based on Emma, naturally.
Mine isn't finished but is based on P+P
Sockitoomee for D3
Sockitoomee for D4
D4 was obsessed with Toy Story before Despicable Me so I made the pea pods for her. Yes they do
come out and yes they do zip up. It took a bit of fiddling about to get the pattern right but she loves them.
If you haven't seen the films they wont make sense to you!
sock minion for D3 this time
last year we (me + D5 ) raised over £250 for 'Help for Heros' at her school selling crocheted poppy/hero brooches and hairslides, plus knitted winter headbands. There was hardly a girl or dinnerlady not wearing a headband! The poppies went a bit global with the other D's getting orders for them from Uni, college and senior school alike. Well worth the effort.
We had warm hands this winter
more booties
I love these
my favourite crocheted flower brooch. It goes with everything.
